In the Patagonian oasis of the Upper valley of the Negro River, this Pinot Noir, represents the best of the variety in Argentina. Ripe, intense and elegant, full of aromas, framed in an opulent and unctuous flavor. It was the first Pinot Noir made in casks in Patagonia in 1999. Intense ruby red color, fruity and spices aromas, the mouth highlights its medium body fineness, wine very soft and velvety, with notes of vanilla, tobacco and walnut. Long end of mouth.
Goes well with pasta of lightly creamy sauces. Chicken with light sauces. Grilled seafood and fish. Steaks with traditional French style sauces.
